Born in Lausanne Switzerland, Catherine Gailloud left for San Francisco at the age of 21, where she spent 15 years. She studied at the Academy of Art University in photography, earned a Bachelor, then a Master degree. She also taught there for two years, a class aimed at teaching photography to graphic designers. Back in Switzerland, she lives and works close to Geneva, but is always happy to move around and travel for her work.
She specializes in interior architecture, portraiture and lifestyle and also enjoys many other aspects of photography. Her interior work has been published internationally in ELLE Décor, IDEAT, Real Living, VOGUE Australia, Schöner Wohnen, Côté Est, Marie Claire maison, ICON, Donna, Interiores, Espaces Contemporains, etc,
