Her Father gave her a Rolleiflex camera when she was fifteen, she's had the bug of creating beautiful images ever since. She studied photography more formally at Universite Laval in Canada and at ACP in Sydney, Australia. With an extensive background in portraiture as well as interiors, Gaelle's photographs are characterized by the use of natural light combined with a touch of studio lighting which gives rise to a calm casualness in all her subjects.
After living in Sydney for 10 years, Gaelle is now based in France and travel extensively all over Europe mainly for her work. Gaelle's editorial clients include the Elle Decor Group (Italy, England, Germany,Sweden....), Architectural Digest editons around the world, Corriere della sera LIVING (Italy), House and Garden, Vogue Living and Harpers Bazaar....She also works on assignements for Architects and Advertising for companies (Kenzo, Sonya Rykiel, Clarins, Pierre Frey, Gervasoni...) .
